Huldrekolonien er den gode, gamle speiderhytta vår ved Ramstadsjøen i Østmarka. Den har enkel standard med oppholdsrom, kjøkken og soverom. Ute er det vedskjul/utedo og bålhytte med plass til 20.

– Sengeplass til 4 stykker på soverom – plass til flere på gulvet i stua
– Oppvarming med ved
– Matlaging på gass – 2 bluss
– Lys med parafinlykter og en gasslykt (ikke strøm)
– Utedo ved vedskjulet
– Bålplass ute i egen bålhytte
– Enkelt kjøkkenutstyr, inkl. toastjern og vaffeljern til bruk på bål/gass
